The Dansk Vækstkapital funds, including the Dansk Vækstkapital IV fund programme, are managed by Danske Private Equity – a wholly owned subsidiary of Danske Bank and part of the Danske Bank Asset Management organisation.

The management team comprises four seasoned portfolio managers and partners:

Søren Melholdt Rasmussen and Carsten Gjørtler Salling primarily focus on venture investments through leading Danish and international venture funds. Søren has played a key role in successfully managing the predecessor Dansk Vækstkapital funds, while Carsten brings deep international experience from venture investments, both in funds and direct investments. Together, they offer an extensive network across Danish, Nordic and European venture funds.

Frederik von Holten and Mikael Deigaard primarily focus on buyout investments through funds and co-investments. They also bring extensive experience and a strong track record, particularly in fund investments, direct investments and co-investments within the buyout space. Frederik additionally serves as Head of Green Transition and Infrastructure in Danske Bank Asset Management, while Mikael serves as Head of Private Equity in Danske Bank Asset Management.
