The fund programme consists of three fund modules, each targeting a distinct investment area: venture funds, buyout funds, and co-investments in carefully selected companies.

The three fund modules
• Dansk Vækstkapital IV Venture K/S is a venture fund module, expected to invest in 8-12 venture funds, each typically with around 20-30 companies in the portfolio.
• Dansk Vækstkapital IV Buyout K/S is a buyout fund module, expected to invest in 8-12 small and mid-cap buyout funds, each typically with around 10 companies in the portfolio.
• Dansk Vækstkapital IV Co-Invest K/S is a co-investment fund module, expected to make co-investments in 10-20 companies, primarily alongside buyout funds.
Prospective professional investors have the option to choose their desired allocation across the three fund modules. However, an investment in the co-investment module depends on a proportional commitment of capital to the buyout module.
