Even the world's largest companies were once small, and the Dansk Vækstkapital IV fund program now offers prospective professional investors the opportunity to participate in the growth journey of a new generation of companies.
Dansk Vækstkapital IV consists of three alternative investment funds that provide exposure to a broad portfolio of start-ups, growth businesses, and companies in the small and mid-cap space:
- Dansk Vækstkapital IV Venture K/S is expected to invest in 8-12 venture funds, each typically with around 20-30 companies in the portfolio.
- Dansk Vækstkapital IV Buyout K/S is expected to invest in 8-12 small and mid-cap buyout funds, each typically with around 10 companies in the portfolio.
- Dansk Vækstkapital IV Co-Invest K/S is expected to make co-investments in 10-20 companies, primarily alongside buyout funds.
All three fund modules prioritise investments with a Nordic focus and a Danish angle, with an emphasis on companies offering promising growth potential and attractive return prospects. By investing in Dansk Vækstkapital IV, investors also support future economic growth and job creation in Denmark and the rest of the Nordic countries.
Dansk Vækstkapital IV is managed by a team of highly seasoned professionals and is expected to invest in, and alongside, a range of leading Danish, Nordic, and European venture and buyout funds. Read more about the portfolio management team here.
Prospective professional investors have the option to choose their desired allocation across the three fund modules. However, an investment in the co-investment module depends on a proportional commitment of capital to the buyout module. Each of the Dansk Vækstkapital IV fund modules will comply with Article 8 under SFDR.
Who can invest?
