The Danske PEP funds are managed by Danske Private Equity A/S – a wholly owned subsidiary of Danske Bank and part of the Danske Bank Asset Management organisation. Danske Private Equity was established in 1999.

The Danske PEP funds investment team is built around a philosophy of having different but complementary skills that can be leveraged at various points throughout our sourcing, investment and monitoring processes. Among other things, the team represents vast finance experience from private equity investments, direct equity investing, management consultancy, and accounting.

The team is headed by Claus Heimann Larsen, who is the Managing Partner of the Danske PEP funds. He joined Danske Private Equity in 2018 and has more than 25 years of investment and banking experience from London, New York and Copenhagen.
